Are you celebrating a special occasion? It can be a wedding, birthday, mini festivals or charity night - there’s always something to celebrate!

WHAT WILL YOU GET?

If you book our horse box bar it arrives fully stocked with the premium cocktail selection, beers, wine & Prosseco, spirits and soft drinks. We can provide you with a list of brands we stock up and you are more than welcome to add your own favourites.
We will set up the box, run it during your event and entertain your guests so you can just sit back, relax and enjoy your party.

PRIVATE HIRE OPTIONS

There are few different options we are currently offering:
ALL INCLUSIVE: Price is agreed according to number of guests & time. All drinks are FREE for that duration.

DRINKS RATE (£350/minimum spend): Drinks are charged according to the menu. There is a minimum spend of £500 which is taken as a deposit. Once the minimum spend is achieved the deposit is given back. Day rate can be charged (£250 depending on where you are, type of an event) and it includes mileage (up to 50miles), all fees, glass wear/cups, ice, decoration and staff.

PRE-PAID BAR: If you would like to treat your guests put an amount behind the bar. Once money are used guests will pay price that is agreed beforehand.

OPEN BAR: Guests will not be charged during the event and we will settle the bill after the event.

We know that event planning can be time-consuming for you, therefore we created a scenario how a tailored plan can look:

Weddings are all day long event. Usually after the ceremony you will leave your guests with your photographer to capture Mr & Mrs - it can take 1-2 hours. This is the time when we will take care of your guests and make sure they will be entertained. It could be:
2 hours of ALL INCLUSIVE bar for your guests after the ceremony
2 hours of ALL INCLUSIVE bar for your guests before your evening guests will be arriving
Bar will serve your evening guests during agreed hours.

We can work with you on the selection of drinks and budget you would like to pre-pay for your guests.

Are you a trade that would like to partner with us? We are open to work along with other businesses such as food stalls or craft stalls, in order to add value to the event & guests. It can be on variety of terms but we believe that joint expertise will benefit to our customers. Contact us if you would like to partnership with Saddle Bar.

Hire our Saddle Bar for your corporate event, mini festival or for launching your new products! It is cool to have your own company bar at an outdoor event. We will use your branding when decorating the bar, company colours and are able to tailor the menu according to the purpose of the event.

PRE-PAID OR ALL INCLUSIVE BAR: This is the most common package for the companies having the private party for their partners, employees, guests.

DAY RATE (£250) + DRINKS: This package is suitable for companies promoting the product to the public. Rate includes arrival, setting up, milage, all fees, glass wear, decoration and staff. We will then serve drinks according to tailored menu price list to the public/guests.
