As much as I love hosting I know how time consuming is organising ANY party - big or small - you still need to plan the shopping and several hours of preparation, cooking, and ultimately washing up (that is probably the worst part). I believe that you will enjoy your company and guests more in a relaxing atmosphere and have a hassle free day (except getting yourself ready). I am here to easy the stress that comes with catering, and I would love your guests return home with magical memories.
Beside the mobile bar I am able to provide a food catering for your event! For example: birthday party, house warming, family gathering, garden party, or any other special celebration.
The service consists of cold & hot (of course can be both or just one) buffet.
The menu can be personalised but just for your imagination what can be included:
Sandwiches (selection of your favourite ones)
Arancinis with cheese and truffle oil (perfect Italian niggle)
Grazing boards (salami, cheese, fruits, cracker, nuts, chutneys)
Canapes (selection - examples: prawn cocktail in a tart, smoked salmon blinis, fancy open sausage rolls, goat cheese & fig chutney crackers, etc)
Salads (Coleslaw, Greek, Caesar, Beetroot & goat cheese, Caprese, etc)
Sliders (small homemade brioche buns filled with brisket, beef burger, halloumi cheese, avocado, bean burger)
Bao-ban (Asian bun filled with crispy chicken, prawns or tofu in Korean BBQ sauce, vegetable gournmets)
Tacos (soft tortilla filled with fish, beef brisket, avocado, along with authentic salsa and vegetable)
Sweets
Cake (classic Victoria cake, banana bread, lemon drizzle, Bakewell tart, brownies)
Curry as a hot meal with side dishes
other items suitable for your group and type of event can be added
